The glare study prepared by 1898 & Co., a division of Burns & McDonnell, for the Harrisville Township application. It models the arrays in ForgeSolar at an average height of 5.5 ft above ground, with residences as observation points six feet above the ground (PDF p. 8). The Grobbel comment letter's Finding 5 asks for the study to be re-run and calls the 5.5-ft height “invalid” (letter, p. 3).
